Dr. Blegina Miraka

Dr. Blegina Miraka was born in Albania but raised in Michigan for most of her life. She received her bachelor's degree in health science with honors from Oakland University and went on to complete her doctorate from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Illinois.

Dr. Miraka is passionate about helping the underserved and often volunteers to provide free dental care. She also serves on the board for a nonprofit organization, The Gjergj Kastrioti Scholarship Fund where she helps provide scholarship support to college students in the State of Michigan as they pursue a college degree. She remains current on modern developments in dentistry by attending CE courses and is also Invisalign certified.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Delta Sigma Delta Fraternity.

In her free time, Dr. Miraka enjoys spending time with her family especially her little nieces, trying new restaurants with friends and keeps active by working out and kickboxing.
